An extraordinery experience. Ive been there several times and tried the different versions they have and i always leave with a big smile a happy stomach. I recommend the "Taste of Norway". A combination of local cured meat, mustard, sour cream, fresh herbs and of course the pancake (svele). Sooo tasty!!
