Wow.. I don't have words for how horrible this delivery service is! Drivers who don't even try to deliver your package, they just pretend you were not home and will bring your package to a pickup point as far away as possible. Customer service is hopeless they aren't even able to contact or call their own drivers. What a joke i would give 0 stars if possible.

No clue why people are whining so much. Unfortunately everyone would rather talk bull then when they had a good experience. I chose UPS as a courier 5 times, and all times they were lightning fast, called me on my phone, and stood outside my door as I opened it. Super pleasant couriers, super-duper fast and in general nice customer service. (I called to ask if I can send something with them). People in general will just complain about bull most of the times, then amplify that by x10. Don't listen to this bull reviews and sad people, UPS is GREAT.

Contrary to most other reviews here my experience with UPS was very positive: * Excellent customer service when I called. Toll requirements are confusing but the guy on the phone was very helpful. * Price was the same as shipping with regular post. * Pickup point service was quick and professional. Though it should be noted it is located in no mans land and not easy to reach on foot. * Delivery was super quick. Package arrived in Lithuania two days before estimated delivery date. Delivered in less than two days during COVID and just a few days before Christmas Eve. Perfect.

Worst delivery experience ever. We sent a package from Spain to Norway, we paid the premium service and our package was held at a warehouse for a whole week. No information. We insisted calling and it seemed that a paper was not translated. We do it, it arrives well together with a letter from a collectors company. I tried to get information about why where the charging me double. Vague answers, just waiting my time. 2 months later (and after calling almost every week) I got on the phone with someone from the customer service that I had to pay the interests now even though there was an open case, that it was my responsibility for handling the case by phone instead of e-mail. Horrible experience, really, never again. UPS Norge is scamming people in collaboration with Finans2.

Horribly inefficient if anything goes wrong. For some reason, UPS Norway and UPS Italy can’t communicate with other despite being the same entity to correct an errant invoice. UPS Norway now is basically threatening me to either pay the incorrect invoice tax or pay over 700kr just for them to correct the issue themselves. Absolutely nonsensical, what a joke of a company!

Do not use UPS. Their customer service is horrible rude and will not help. My bill was sent to a collection agency because the post was late delivering my mail and even if I paid it as soon as I received the bill, they claim I have to deal with the collection agency now. I already paid the bill, but I might have to pay it again, including a late fee. WTH!!!! Ive had horrible experience with UPS before and it just confirms that UPS is a horrible company. Use Fed-Ex instead.

Very bad experience with delivery from UPS. No information about delivery in advance. They came when no one was home. I agreed with the driver that will come in 5 min to pick up. He agreed and when I came he wasn't there. I called and he didn't answer. And then he sent a message that he left because I he was there more than 5 min (that wasn't true). UPS will be my last choice for any sending in future.
