Very helpful and friendly staff. We wanted to get the Oslo pass and wanted to learn more and they had an abundance of material. The lady also explained everything we needed. There are also computer tablets you can look up things as well as the leaflets.

The place to go if you need local information about what’s on in Oslo. The staff are super helpful and everyone I met spoke flawless English, which was useful as I only know about half a dozen Norwegian words. The visitor centre is right next door to the central railway station, so it’s easy to find and handy for getting to any of the attractions staff may suggest. When visiting the Munch Museum, I was advised by visitor centre staff that Munch’s most famous artwork, “The Scream”, wasn’t actually at the Munch Museum but was instead on display at the National Gallery, which was useful to know.
Easy to find and plenty staffs helpfully and friendly with the right answer comfortable place just under the main entrances off the station
Good info from helpfull people but a long waiting line.
We bought the two day Oslo pass, unfortunately we were not told the Akershus Castle is closed for restoration, the National Gallery is closed till 2021, the exhibits were to be shifted to the National Museum, but even that is also not yet opened till sometime in 2020. All in, I realised the two day pass is actually the worth its value during this period. Good to have states that upfront, all the booklets printed did not mention any of this closure. Disappointed to find closures upon reaching the places.
I was here three times, always getting exactly the info I needed on travel tips and logistics. Staff was friendly, helpful and well-informed on a variety of topics. Loads of helpful maps and brochures. Super top-notch!
They are the best people for the information u need they tell u exactly. They guide people to visit the right places based on the time available for the visitors. Love the guys and their support
I joined oslo walk today. Our guide Ellen(I dont know exactly how to spell it...) brought us to opera, church and other famous spots. At first, I was a little worried that I couldn't understand the guidance especially the history of each spots. However, Ellen told all the stories in a pretty interesting way with his humor. Really recommend this tour!
