Really full and busy store with terrible service. Found a nice and cheap jacket which turned out to be wrongly priced. Instead of apologizing for the error or offering me discount for the misunderstanding, the manager proceeded to retrieve all the jackets on the rack and point out the correct price. I'm sorry you made the mistake and I won't cause trouble about it but there's no need to treat me like a culprit. A \sorry for the misunderstanding but I can't sell it at that price\ would suffice.
Not that much sale , little bit costly compared to others. Usually much discounts are there...

You can buy best quality clothes. Zara clothing store is filled with high quality top marked clothes. Specially for students and young people. Price is a bit expensive, but notice it is typical Norway everything is expensive comparing to other Europe. However the price is a little bit exaggerated. Employees are polite, friendly and helpful. Service is very good. Highly recommended.
Great looking clothes, pretty bad quality. Could have more people available to help with the ques and to offer better service at peak times. Friendly and helpful staff.
