Good place, not so long distance to Røros centrum if to want to walk. Very good service. But I would update the place and have a good cleaner otherwise we had a pleasant time there.

Couldn't wait to leave. Only 2 toilets for men and no urinals. Queues formed as the site was busy. I tried 3 times to go to the toilet but was constantly full. There must be Health and Safety ratios against this being allowed. Unsurprising then that we subsequently saw men urinating in the trees. Also no waste water or toilet disposal on site. Not recommended.

There were some positive and some negative sides. With a camper, it would easily be 4 stars, but with a tent, I gave 3. Negative: - They didn't take cards (don't know if this is temporary) - The road is a bit loud. - It was very hard to find a flat spot to out up our tent. The spot we got had the hardest soil I have seen in a while and it was very hard to get our tent nails into it. When it rained, the water didn't go into the earth and therefore little lakes formed around our tent which was annoying. This is the main reason I gave only 3 stars. - The only camping I have ever been to that calculated bicycle as motorcycle. Therefore, it was also the most expensive camping on the trip. - The washing machine was in the women's bathroom which is mildly sexist. - There were only two men's toilets and they were usually both in use. Positive: - Friendly staff. They were understanding because I didn't have enough cash and let me pay the second day. Also, they gave me tips on what to do in Røros and had maps etc about Røros. - Close to Røros (which is an amazing city, in case you don't know). - There is a nice path to Røros for pedestrians and cyclists that avoids the main road and is shorter. - Nice kitchen and an amazing living room with tables. - Free showers. - They have WiFi.

Good accomodations. Only minor point, the camping is a bit noisy because it lies adjacent to the main road.

Avoid this site. It is grossly overpriced, the pitches are mostly on a sloping gravel car park, the toilets and showers are tired and dirty.
