Fantastic experience! Excellent produce, the atmosphere was intimate but also comfortably and relaxed - Roger (THE Chef!) was in a jolly mood I think this is the first time I didn't care about what I was drinking (even if it was sooo good and very well matched) because I was too busy and fascinated by the food, the chef and the tastings ️

Best ever sushi experience. The chef really know his way around local produce. Only sushi place in the Nordic with a Michelin star.
This is pure perfection, and it's hard to imagine that sushi can be done any better. No doubt that this is one of the best restaurants in Norway, and has to be experienced!
Fabulous experience with flawless sushi and exciting wine pairings. The cosy and private setting gives Sabi Omakase an exclusive yet unpretentious feel, and both Roger and Mladen do a great job of guiding guests through their creations with informative and poignant anecdotes. The understated jewel in Stavanger's culinary crown. Highly recommended.
Sabi Omakase deliverers an extraordinary meal and experience. This must be one of the best meals I've had in Norway. Roger is a great chef and it's great to see him perform on stage. He is a fun guy and his stories are great and the food even better. The wine pairing is a perfect fit with the food. This is a 12 seat restaurant and the atmosphere is cosy and intimate. Perfect for such a meal. Head to Stavanger and enjoy a great meal!
