We are all the same. Impressive piece of public art.
Salt was the highlight of my trip to Oslo. I went to the sauna at Salt twice in one week. I recommend hitting the 3-9pm open hours on the weekends in the big sauna. It’s the biggest in the world, so it’s never crowded, but it should be because it’s amazing. Friendly staff, clean basic amenities. Seriously cool. You can even swim in the Oslo fjord in between your sauna sits ️
Not what we expected at all. Enjoyable however caters to a very young crowd. 13 gets you an hour of multiple saunas. You can swim in the sea if you see fit and there are cold barrels to dip in to freshen up. Great view of the opera house and kind staff. Wasn’t too busy when we went. Few things to note: only outdoor hot showers, no washing products incl shampoo etc, no hairdryers.
So hip! They need to play more music that was my only suggestion. The beer was expensive but whatever that’s Norway. Watch out for the fries they’re so hot they will burn the roof of your mouth and give you a blister. Some kind of startup incubator is going on in the back. Oh and they have a sauna that’s 25.
Great place where you can wind down and feel a bit cut off from the rest of the capital. Good service, unusual design. I was there a few days ago, it was rather cold but thanks to fireplaces I could comfortably enjoy my beer there :)
Very tradicional place with good coffee and waffles. There is a fire place perfect for cold afternoons to taste a warm coffee and relax. There is also games to play with friends or books to read. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended after visiting the Opera House
Great place for a coffee or drink. Super relaxed and cozy chill area. The sauna is great too!
