Booked an appointment and when I got there my name wasn't on their list. They told me because I made the appointment two days prior their list wasn't updated. I showed them the email confirming my appointment and still, they didn't receive me. They don't take responsibility for their shortcomings nor try to resolve the mistakes that they are responsible for.

One of the best place just opposite of Oslo bus terminal. Before your visit think twice to go with car. Parking in surrounding area is pretty expensive. Recommended to use public transport. Staff is fentastic very polite don't go without booking appointments. I got my resident card within 10 working days..

Clear and efficient communication(English) by the officer who handled my case. Very good decorum maintained during corona pandemic. Thank you!

Be careful! The information counter has a woman who is very rude and abusive. After giving misleading answers in very few words, she will start abuse clients verbally. When asking for slightly more information, she will call security guards to bring clients outside the build. She acts like a train ticket seller in Chinese train stations, the rudest type of public servant. She may migrate from China to Norway, carrying all these bad habits. Still, if every government officer in Norway has her mentality, Norway will become similar to China: rich but no respect for individuals. I tried to make a formal complaint to her supervisor but do not know her name or work ID. She has (maybe) dyed yellow hair, thinly build with a small pointed nose, looked around 35 years old. Be prepared to protect your dignity when you have to ask for information from her.

Very nice, helpful people. The building is located in a great location too. My Visa application process went through seamlessly, thanks to the nice people there.
