I am not sure where to start. We had a couple of reasons to call and go in the hospital,and in general I have no reason to complain on the phone assistance. Also every time I walked in,stuff was polite and nice. However,my biggest issue with this place is waiting time,which sometimes seems it takes forever!!!!!! This is the only emergency hospital for Follo I believe but it is everything but not emergency. I believe the stuff know their jobs and they are busy and occupied, which is another reason to hire more stuff,especially at evening hours. People go to hospitals because they have needs to go,not because they want to. But I also read other comments for other hospitals in the area and people also have the same issues,waiting and waiting..... I am coming from corrupted country where you have to pay and bribe but when you go to the emergency hospital,you know you will be seen quickly. Again stuff is nice and polite,but I think it must be done a bit mot progressive.

I had to go there because of a minor problem while visiting the area. I had to wait a bit but that's okay, it wasn't too long. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication wasn't a problem. Everybody spoke good English.
Skremmend at en ung gutt med store smerter må vente mer enn tre timer før å få hjelp. Et system som ikke fungerer! Gir 1 stjerne for at vi har legevakt i Follo.

Stor takk for VIP behandling i går da jeg fikk renset og sydd en dyp flenge under foten. Heldig med rask og vennlig behandling av alle jeg møtte. Og bare NOK 160 måtte jeg betale. For et flott helsevesen vi har. Og nå må politikerne slutte å kutte sykehusenes muligheter til å gjøre en god jobb. Igjen tusen takk Ski legesenter
