Well I have being a customer for several years now and I last time when I needed warranty they was super OK, just told them the issue and got replaced the product in the same day, I think is the biggest fishing tackle store in Norway with a reason. Awesome customer service!!!

Great fishing shop, I like it.
They should call themselves skittservice. I sent a faulty rod back to them,they never told me they received it,what they were going to do about it or what the status of this case is? Support your local shop,at least you can walk in there and talk with someone who gives a skitt.
My kind of place
Probably the best fishing store in Norway (I don't hunt, so would not know about that). Always great expertise and help from the staff Prices are variable, competing with the next door sports chain XXL. However no place in Norway beats them on the wide selection. This is the place to go if you love fishing.
Used to like this store. They were reliable and ship reasonably fast. However from my last few experiences their service is questionable to say the least. I had several purchases in November, which where all fashionable late that appeared to be in stock. Now it is May and I am still awaiting items I ordered in November. In the meantime time they have had sales on the same merchandise that I am awaiting. Support never updated me on my order and not responded to some of the few reminder emails I have sent when them regarding my order is not fulfilled. After my last contact with support I got an email saying the item had an unconfirmed delivery on 3 of May. Now almost a week later still no indication that my restorder is shipped to me. So my lesson learned is that competitive prices does not mean that you get merchandise within reasonable time. Unless 24 week, and counting, is considered reasonable time.
