The service in this bank office is horrible. I have an account in the bank and I visited this office 3 times. Every time I spent there more than 30 minutes waiting for somebody to help me and 2 out of 3 times they could not solve my problem and I just wasted 30 minutes of my time. No appreciation for personal time at all.
The negative reviews here all seem to contain at least one piece of false information. The bank is good and the people working within are eager to help (this may be in response to the negative reviews based on poor customer service which were all written 1 year ago, giving the bank a chance to improve)
No trouble at all. Not very friendly, but enough to get my business done.
If you received a cat or a dog after it turned 4 months and the previous owners did not have insurance or it's from another country DO NOT sign any agreement with Sparebank 1. They do not cover anything at all. Check out any other company for insurance of your pets. If you value your furry little family member find a company that cares about them since Sparebank 1 clear does not give a damn.

Norwegian customer service gone wrong in optima forma. You always feel like an intruder when you come here. The employees seem to be in a constant rush towards the end of their workday. The average time they want to spend on you is less than 30 seconds, which leaves you always confused and still half in the conversation, while the employee already invited the next person in line. There doesn't seem to be a general consensus among the personnel on their regulations, since you tend to leave the bank with different information depending on whom you spoke to. Lucky for you, this means you will never just go to the bank once to fix something, but you will always have to come back as something isn't working. If you are a normative person with a job or study it will be a challenge to ever make it to the bank without having to ask permission from your boss or skip class, considering their generous opening times. Good luck.
Worst service, worst bank. Would be more efficient if they had a group of monkeys running the place. Took 3 months to open an account. They managed to loose my paperwork including copy's of my passport. Then i was told the account was active when it wasn't, now the money i transferred to the account is lost in limbo. DO NOT USE.
