On 25. 11.2020, I ordered a fireplace with a delivery time of 2 weeks. I have not received the fireplace even today.I had to call Oslo, the orders department, to find out what was happening with my order. The store in Hillevåg Stavanger is very unprofessional. Definitely I not recommend Monter Stavanger - Hillevåg.

First thing You do every time You enter Monter is go for the free caffe or hot chockolate. Sometimes during shopping i drink 3! In the spot a fair selection of materials and tools. If they don't have something on the spot, You can go to any of their other locations or order. This is why my review is the same to all Monter in Rogoland, because I feel they are all just clones of each other, differing only in the stock they have right this day. Which is a good thing. You can find almost anything You need and if not, the sails man will call to another stores and find it. My biggest shock was the possibility to drive in to the stores in Norway! Where I come from this is unheard of. it is very convinient and now i don't imagine how such shops in other parts of the world can operate without such an option. Makes it so much easier and convinient. Maybie its because of trust issues? I don't know. But I highly recomend all building stores all over the world apply this method of shopping for contractors. World would be just that little easier to live in. O, and did I mention the free hot chockolate...?
