Good meat and really good assortment of sauces and condiments. The Waldorfssalad was really good. It can get super busy here during holiday season. Really high quality food.

The perfect place to buy meat, sausage and others. The staff knows its job and the artisanal feeling and taste is real. Such places tend to disappear from all countries unfortunately. I will eat less meat in the future, but focus on places like this one when I will buy some. I recommend there 8-week matured \cote de boeuf\, exquisite!

Best butcher in Oslo. High quality meat. Hotdogs made of lamb are superb!
Although a bit expensive, this butcher's is an Oslo classic. What the staff here does not know about poultry, lamb, beef and sausages, Norwegian style, is not worth knowing.
