Good for kids
A wonderful place in which taiga forest is in transition to tundra. Some delightful trails to go for a walk.

I didn't have too long to visit and they were officially closed. However, a very nice member of staff allowed me in. An enchanting place with a very good interactive exhibit on the brown bear. A must for ornithologists too.
A wonderful reserve with wildfire including moose, bears, wolves and numerous water birds. Lakes and forest are beautiful.
Great for hiking and canoeing. Lots of wildlife and stunning landscape. You can find the closest canoe rental at Øvre Pasvik Camping.
I was there once in August. It is a very quiet place. There were mosquitos. Among birds there were capercaillies, loons and some other birds at that time rather quiet. Landscape very specific: lakes, pines, and stones and a lot of moss covering the stones. Therefore walking was difficult. The park itself is far away from big towns and at that time it looked like there was nobody.
Fantastisk område med natur, natur og mer natur. Det er veikvaliteten som trekker nedover. Beregn god tid når du kjører. Her er det ikke rom for stress
Flot, flot natur. Men vejen til Nyrud er bare så elendig så man skulle tro at det er løgn. Advarsel: Tag aldrig din campingvogn med der ud - den risikerer at skille ad.
Fantastisk natur langs Fv8850
