I usually don't give so bad review but I was really disappointed by the service. I came to the shop to exchange the battery for my son's swatch. Usually I do it in every single swatch sop in the world for free. The lady changed the battery but didn't tell me that it would cost 195 nok (half a price of kids swatch). And I said her that this was the first time I was paying for the battery, and she said that she had such a rule here.

Tre ganger forsøk på sende nytt batteri, hvorav to ganger feilt batteri. Nå sender de feilt igjen, begrunnet med at jeg aldri skal ha mottat noen.
