So far, my worst customer service experience ever with a telecom / internet provider — and that includes a long stint as a customer of BT in England. If it wasn't for the local monopoly, I would say \stay away\, but if you're reading this you probably don't have many options. Speed: N/A Stability: N/A Customer Experience: 0/10

Great customer service and super internet speeds. Love their new product Get BoX which offers so many ways to watch TV. Never scrolling through tv channels again, all I have to do is search og go through their tv portal to find most shows i want to watch.
