Terrible internet provider with no customer service. After contacting them for many hours and every time extremely long waiting time (more than 15 in line), they always come up with excuses that it's not their fault. The staff at Internet support is not knowledgeable at all. Most of them are rude and don't seem to care. Those that want to help don't know how to solve it, and need to call their admins, and it seems to take forever. I recommend you to google all kind of issues. You will most likely find the answers much quicker there. In my case, there's a modem issue and they don't seem to take the responsibility. I need to work from the library because the home network is not working. I'm so frustrated!

No star it deserves absolutely though I must give one here but undesired. Awful connection even after upgrade. The router only supports Wifi in 5 meter radius. The company has sent every month paper invoice though in my bank account I set electronic invoice for payment. I contacted customer service to stop but they sent again and again paper invoice with extra fee. No recommended at all!!
Have been promised fiber internet , after 5 weeks of waiting we got a small antenna on the side of our house and the slowest internet there is , its so slow i almost miss the old telephone ISDN connection ! Why cant i give them zero stars ?
Horribly unstable internet connection. they offer high speeds but that doesn't help when you can't complete a video call without getting lags due to instability.
Avoid if possible, the worst in every possible way.
1 star is being generous. The internet is the worst i have experienced in an era when almost everything is net based.
Wanted to upgrade my speed limit ended up not having internet for days...
Always had good service from Get - helpful, polite, accurate.
