Had booked a service in the app. Delivered car on time and received a series of SMSes underway on progress. Paid in the app and picked up after a couple of hours. Was a simple problem with the car and everything was very streamlined and efficient.
They have improved customer service experience significantly. Still have to work on taking in the customer on time once arrived at the service! Keep it up

I like the design inside. Glass Wall and receptionist in the garage and at the desk. Workflow was fast and everybody was kind. You can try to sit in all their cars (S 3 X) or enjoy a Coffee. With app-updates and SMSes you will never miss your car being ready. They should work better with Allianz though, always some trouble with it!
So bad. No customer service at all. My Tesla heart is crying.
Top Class customer service! Absolutely great. Not many places you can sit in a comfortable lounge and wait for you car while having a coffee. Even in an incredible busy time for Tesla, they still manage to get back to me within a week and make a service appointment next Friday for my 5 year old Model S.
