The best fitness, yoga and dance studio in Oslo. I been to many places but this one its TOP! I love Yoga classes, teachers are great they encourage you to do more, and after already 3 months there I can see so much my progress. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic instructors and personal trainers! Loads of different types of classes (dance, yoga, strength, HIIT) all are fun and just right for any level. Highly recommend!

Probably the best decision that I made when it comes to my free time. They have dance classes (hip-hop, afro, latino dance etc) fight classes (boxing, MMA etc) Yoga/Meditation. So a very nice variety. I used to be member of Elixia/SATS - decent enough but it did not had a huge variety of classes so 90% of time I was doing weights and spinning. My choice was to drop Elixia and buy a membership here, at The Studio, and another cheap one for weight near my place (Bare Fitness). Final price for both of them was not bad, little bit over Elixia with 50-100 nok :) but winter is coming boys and girls and we need some nice activities :).
