I visited this shop on Monday 21st December, I had a plan to buy some Christmas presents for my friends. There is very little lighting in this store so I had to take my glasses out of my backpack to see the cosmetics I wanted to buy. Then one of the girls working in this store came up to me and accused me of stealing cosmetics, she was very aggressive and insolent. I told her that I put a glasses case in my backpack which I put on my eyes, but she was still very aggressive, she didn't want to listen to my explanations but wanted to do a personal search for me. Of course, I did not agree to it, I asked them to call the Police or Security. After a while, one security man appeared, who searched my backpack, pockets in the jacket and pockets in pants, of course he did not find anything that would belong to this store. The case ended there, I didn't hear a single word of explanation from this girl or any apology. This is how customers are treated in this store. Personally, I will never go there again.
