Used their online store, two separate times, for hard to get basketball (locally at least). The shipping was fast and the equipment arrived, but it was VERY poorly packed (see picture) so that about half the smaller parts were missing. I emailed them regarding twice regarding this asking for them to send the smaller parts again with the second package, but never received a reply. The second package also arrived with missing parts because of poor packaging. Good selection, but poor logistics and customer service.
