Ok place to sleep. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I don't think my room was cleaned. An old banana in the fridge etc. At least the staff at the desk was helpful and polite

Nice and clean rooms. Check in got a bit complicated. Not very friendly staff.

This hotel is terribly disorganized and I would never stay here again. Their website says that they text and email you a code to get into your room. When I had not received a code by checkin time (3pm) I sent them a message using Facebook messenger (because their website has messenger pop up and ask if you have questions) at 3:45pm and never received a response. We arrived to the hotel around 6:15pm and the reception was closed and locked. We called the phone number they provided and it just kept ringing, no one ever answered. I had booked through Expedia so I then sent a message to the hotel via Expedia. After no response I called Expedia and was on the phone with them for over an hour. Eventually Expedia got in contact with the owner and he made them continue to call the hotel phone number (that we had previously called) for awhile, and still no one answered. Finally Expedia talked to the owner again and we were able to get a code to enter our room (this was around 7:30pm, checkin was at 3:00pm, so this was 4.5 hours late). In the end we spent almost an hour and a half sitting in a hallway waiting to check in. We still have not been able to talk to anyone who works at the hotel, because they have not been available (even though they claim to be available via phone 24 hours/day). Not only were we not offered compensation for all of these issues, we never even received an apology. This is an appalling way to treat customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

Affordable hotel in the middle of the city. Modern spacious rooms. No reception. No breakfast.

How much are you prepared to pay for a cheap hotel? Hotels with automated check-in and no staff are all very well, but when something goes wrong as it did today angry guests are left locked outside and rooms are not ready. I had to wait until 1800 for my room to be ready. Having said that, the room was OK in the end, but the shower flooded the bathroom. I won't be coming back.

Nice spacious rooms, good location, but the best part was they let us check in at 7am after or night train from Oslo!
