TLDR; It has taken them 2 months to get my contacts. Straight after getting a checkup, I ordered 6 month contacts supply from them. This was around 2 weeks before going on a trip, so I needed these contacts, and figured I had ample time. Was told that my contacts would be delivered by next week. I didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks, just before my trip, and by that time I decided to go to the store. Was told that the order was not placed for 2 days after I had ordered them, that their supplier didn't have them, but would have the right eye available in 1 week. The left eye wouldn't be available for 3 to 4 weeks. I was told that they would have a trial pair available in a week, when I would be away on my trip. Came back from my trip, collected the trial pair and the right eye. Waited 3 or 4 weeks for the left contacts. Went to the store, and they still didn't have them, and it seemed that they forgot about them. I was not happy, and told them that it isn't cool for someone to have to wait 6 weeks for lenses, and it was only then, after 6 weeks was I given an apology. I was told to come back on Monday, by which time they would have followed up with the supplier. Came back on Monday, still didn't know when the left eye would arrive, and said that they would offer some more trial pairs in the meantime, and that those would be FedEx'd, and arrive in 2/3 days. 10 days later, I didn't hear from them, and went in today, and they had JUST received the trial pair. Still didn't have any explanation for when the left eye will arrive. It's been 2 months.... I am never doing business with them or any Specsavers again.

Aldri opplevd noe som på denne butikken, de ga meg progressive når jeg ikke trengte og alt for høy styrke på linsene. Dette førte til at jeg sløste flere tusen kroner unødig. Vil også si at kompetanse og kundebehandling er tydeligvis ikke noe de fokuserer på. Anbefales ikke.

Var innom for å kjøpe brille med brilleseddel og valgt brille kl 16:40. Butikksjefen selv behandlet kjøpet og var mer opptatt av att de stenger 17 enn å yte god behandling. Når jeg stillte spørsmål fikk jeg frekke svar tilbake og opplevelsen var rett og slett ikke trivelig. Dette er synd ettersom de har noen flinke optikere der en dame som jobber der er spesielt dyktig(uten å nevne navn) hun fortjener 5 stjerner. Så om optikeren jeg går til vil jeg ikke nøle med å følge etter.

Dålig service, lång vänte tid på linser, ingen beklagelse,bara besvikelse. Rekommenderar ikke specsavers på lade city. Första och sista gången jag sätter min fot hos er.
