Don't give them any money. They are scammers! They take your money for a specific departure and deny you entry to the bus. Rude driver showed up ten minutes late. Almost missed our flight!

Horrible system for buying tickets online and then having to queue up waiting for people to buy tickets before able to board. The company has never been service minded and I dearly hope they will improve now when they have monopoly on bus traffic to the airport. Will be using the train when ever possible.
I have booked a bus ticket 2 days in advance to go from Nidaroll skole to airport. I have arrived 25 mins before the sechuduled time of the bus at the stop. But the bus never came. The bus stop I was waiting is first stop of the bus. When I went to the deposit and enquired in their office, they said they don't know about the bus and asked me to wait for 45 mins for another bus. We can never depend on these busses to travel to airport.
The buses are always late, always too full (people have to sit on the floor!) and you have to pay extra for adding another bag or suitcase. Take the train instead.
Airoport bus is no longer an option! The new bus monopolist is delivering a bus service veeery far from what the name "express bus" indicates. Nothing works! The worst ticketing system ever - both online and on site. If you have made it through the cumbersome online ticket purchase, at the ariport, you still have to queue up! First to get the ticket registered (manually!), and then to get on the bus. IF the bus is there. Which it rarely is on time. And when it finally arrives, it actually takes off half full! Really?!?!?! And you can daily read about people trying to get to the airport, but the bus is not showing up when it should, and when it does, it's often full and not taking more passengers! The airport bus service have for years been a reliable service. NOT ANYMORE.
Bus departed 18 min later than should from Solsiden (the interval between the busses is 15 min according to the timetable), coming 5 min earlier didn't help to catch the previous one. Not even during rush hour. Mb they just skip every second one?.. A bit cheaper than vy-buss, tho (but more expensive than atb 300 or 70 travelling the same time from sentrum)
Dismal service
Elendig kundebehandling, dårlig tilbud og spesielt dårlig under koronapandemien ettersom de insisterer på å kjøre med busser fylt til randen. Jeg kan ikke huske å ha opplevd lignende da nettbuss også var med i konkurransen og det er totalt hensynsløst å gjøre dette under en pandemi. Videre falt sekken min ut av bagasjehyllen i bussen i sommer og ble overkjørt ved et busstopp lenge før jeg skulle av. Da jeg skulle av og oppdaget at sekken manglet var bussjåføren ikke behjelpelig i det hele tatt. Jeg fikk selv sørget for å få sekken tilbake ved å ringe til flyplassen og be dem gi beskjed til andre bussjåfører å holde øye etter sekken min. Alt innhold var knust og værnesekspressen har enda ikke dekket noe av skadene. Enda godt forsikringen min dekket det meste.
