Really happy with my experience. I got in the same day to change my tires, and it was a really fast, efficient process !
One wheel was damaged in transit, it took some time to organise everything but all was fixed
Worst customer service experience ever. They said we had to come all the way to Bryn to change tires, which is a 45min drive, and when we got there they said they sent our tires back to Moss. No e-mail or sms was even sent to us. We went back to ViaNor Moss coz it said open hours is 9am - 2pm on Saturdays, but it was closed, even if it wasn't even 12 o'clock. Wasted 3hrs of our time. Can't even contact their main office to complain.

Effektivt hjulbytte. Pris på dekkhotell ikke inkl hjulvask. Uklart om man må bestille time for etterstramming av hjulbolter (eller om man bare skal komme innom). Ikke helt fornøyd med luftfylling i dekkene: v side 42 psi, h side 39 psi.
