I actually really like Voi scooters. But I unfortunately can't recommend the service because their support team could not offer me compensation for my phone breaking because of bad design for the phone holder. If you are going to use a Voi, i definitly recommend against using the phone holder

Been charged without using the scooter and when reporting it in the app and on their website I get errors on the report. Why am I being charged and why is it impossible to report the problem?
