I used this place’s services quite a few times over past couple of years, and as I was usually quite satisfied I experienced skin infection after my last visit. Results of that unfortunate event were very visible already next day, and resulted in long term antibiotic therapy, and scaring, as well as high medical bills to get it contained. Both first contact doctor whom I contacted the next day, and dermatologist who tried to help me contained my skin exploding with pus, has confirmed that it must have been due the treatment I got the previous day. I only wanted to say, that it is a shame, that manager of this specific shop didn’t feel obliged to respond to my complain email. Feels a bit rude and unprofessional not to be able to drop even the slightest apologies in cases of an unfortunate event like such.
