I took my car to them mid-December but they didn't have the right parts, so I signed a contract and they told me they would order the parts from France and that I will be contacted for a new appointment in late January. Late January comes and I don't hear anything, so I contact them to ask when I can get an appointment. They tell me that I had an appointment 3 days earlier — but had they failed to tell me! This is something they later acknowledged was their fault (I actually spoke to a reasonable and friendly guy about this). So they booked a new appointment for me in February. The day before the appointment, they texted me to say that the part from France hadn't even arrived and that they'll contact me another time to book a new appointment — meaning my appointment in January would have been a waste of time anyway. I waited around two more weeks for a new appointment to be arranged, having to explain the situation to them a couple of times over. Eventually they fixed the car and gave me a small discount, which I had to ask for. I'll probably go somewhere else next time.

I have very good experience with Mercedes Ullevål. Very nice, friendly and welcoming attitude from each and every employee, both on phone and in the office. I have talked directly to 4 different service people. The service and helpfullness and positiveness has exceeded my expectations by far, making this a place to go back for more car-purchase, service and part-purchasing. I was given more value than I paid, with discount after a friendly chat and a coffee.
