Amazing customer service! Our bus didnt arrive and we had to take a taxi instead. We got full costs refund within few days with smooth communication. Busses in small villages especially in winter can be difficult to manage. I greatly appreaciate the refund process. Thank you!

A terrible service at a very high cost. Not enough buses, areas that are not served properly, grumpy drivers that don't stop to load people or to let you out... Fortunately some of them are good persons, but certainly not because of the company! Considering the size of Drammen and the cost of the tickets, to be even they should at least double the buses. Worst company in Norway so far, for me...
They arw always on schedule and have fantastic service. Keep up that good work!

No 3 bus is often late and overcrowded, 90% of the driver's don't switch on the air conditioner in the summer. Bad company with a monopoly, makes driving a car even more appealing
A few of the bus drivers are rude, but the ones who are nice makes up for it. The clerks at the office are always nice and helps as good as they can. the period tickets are to pricey especially compared to their neighbours in vkt.
The bus is always 10 mins or more being late, and some guy with white hair that drives the bus in honefoss sentrum is always coming out 2 mins before we have leave to oslo. Also the guy on august 2 to drammen at 14:05 is very rude
Helps you with information you need, however I wish they had longer opening times.
