Bought a bag for 2000 and had it shipped home. It took 5 days from ordering to receive it. It was sent by normal post. I would expect a luxery brand like Gucci to use DHL / UPS or Bring ( over night delivery ). After purchase no email with ordernumber or tracking number. Had to call them several times. Was told it went out the day of purchase, but it didnt. 2 days after it went out as the person ordering pick up from the shop wasnt at work. Wrong information, long time to get it. I think its very bad service. I bet their internetshop is far better. 2 stars is in fact generous to give them.

the store was really lacking a proper selection. I had picked out a couple of things from the latest collection that I wanted to get for my wife but they didn't have the items, told me they could order them for me, but I was only in town for the day. I was in the shop a good 20 minutes before being assisted. I've visited Gucci shops in many cities, I think this is probably the worst.

Came to the store in Oslo today to check the bag I'm interested in. Extremely uncomfortable shopping experience, hard to explain. The staffs (except the guy who opened the door) were just so cold, ignorant, and rude (the girl who helped me didn't even say \Good bye\ back when I said that to her). Is it coincidence that Gucci store was so empty while it was long line waiting to get in the LV store on the same street? At least in Oslo, I have always had good experiences with LV (or any other brands at the same segment) Read reviews about Gucci after I came home, seems that \bad customer service\ is the Gucci's signature worldwide.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst Gucci stores I have visited, in fact, it might be the worst. My wife and I have visited the store around 5 times over the past year but have decided to stick with waiting until we're in another county, for the better service but also stock. There is only one single member of staff at the store who is worth dealing with (I have forgotten her name but I will update this review if/when I find it). This particular member of staff will go out of her way to help me/my wife with precision and care. However this cannot be said for any of the other staff members I have met in this Gucci store. Another big issue is that despite there being a huge abundance of staff in the store, they are all apparently hiding in the stock room. Often up on the second floor there is no staff and no one to help, then you have to walk around the store attempting to find someone who will want to help you, this shouldn't be happening.

Great service by Felicia-Nicole who helped me find the correct size of the bag I was looking for! So great to spent time with me, be patient and take almost every single bag out just so I can find the best one for me! Great, great service, makes these expensive bags worth purchasing! I will be going back!
