Great service, products and selection. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Despite a very busy store, they patiently assisted us make our selection of kayaks and accessories. The location has ample parking and is located in an industrial area right along the river. If you would like to get a feel for a particular kayak, they also have a small test pool in store. I just wish they had more product information displayed, so you wouldn’t have to wait for available staff for trivial questions. A bit more space would also make the store easier to navigate.

The largest kayak store in Norway. They really have a warehouse so full of kayaks so that they are stored upright! The choice of kayaks is enormous and I found my dream kayak that was a perfect fit on my body within 30 min. I was allowed to take it on an extended tour to the harbour. Very good! Best selection of Palm drysuits anywhere in Norway. But don't have all the small specialty bits like earplugs and compass. Still 5 stars.

Bestilte min El-sykkel fra E-wheels opprinnelig, der fikk jeg utsatt levering og gikk igjennom en forferdelig kundeopplevelse. Det fikk meg til og kjøpe fra Kajakk og Fritid AS. Her ble jeg overveldet over rask respons på kommunikasjonen, og deretter levert på døren etter knappe 2 dager! Etter å ha tatt i bruk sykkelen 2 uker var det uheldigvis reklamasjonsfeil på høyre pedal. Jeg sendte inn reklamasjon og fikk svar via. email samme dag at jeg bare måtte sende bekreftelses mail med min adresse. Anbefaler virkelig Kajakk-fritid.no til alle dere som står i tvil mellom disse og e-wheels, her er Kajakk-fritid.no soleklart suveren på både kundebehandling og leverings/behandlingstid!
