Small boat even in season. Get there very early, like early-early early.
I payed for my dog a child ticket (125kr) and they have not enough boats for all so you have to wait a lot until the next boat come back. Very expensive.
The customer service is the worst, the dependent will say the ferry it’s sold out with only 4 people in it (the website says it fits 30 people), plus he won’t even bother giving you explanations and will ignore you. Not recomendable.
Prices is good for this place, However schedule and description of routes is a bit messy - you might have problems with booking a ticket. Still it was good experience for me

Jätte roliga och trevlig kapten och styrkapten. Billig billjet till destinationerna. Efter utflykten så missade jag bussen och kaptenen skjusade mig till Muskenens campingen ty han bodde i närheten. De brinner för sitt jobb är punktliga och skapar en trygghet och ansvar. En indisk familj hade ingen guid med sig så de invänta tills familjen insåg faran och ringde upp kaptenen för skjus tillbaka, annars skulle de övernatta i Vindstad utan sovsäck och tält och det kallar jag ansvarstagande.
Schiffsanlegestelle in allerschönster Lage in Reine. Sehr zu empfehlen.
