This is an initial review; Booked a shipment from Norway to the UK. I was contacted within 24 hours that UPS could not handle the order after all. However the customer service, made a real effort and arranged an alternative transport for the same price, and helped with ensuring the documents that needed to go with the shipment were all in order. The response and helpfullness from their customer service has made this a really good experience, despite the initial disappointment. My shipment has been picked up within 3 hours of the last communication with the customer service. I will update the review after delivery, if needed but at this stage; I will use this service again without a doubt for future shipments.

Quick response and service, and the rate is much cheaper than what I could find in each invidual supplier's website. Highly recommended!
Super smooth process and packages in Romania (from Norway) the next day - kudos to both Billigpakke.no and UPS that did the pickup and delivery.
Avoid this company! You can get a bill after a few month saying that your package had other dimensions and weight than it had! Normally you don't keep the package for so long and then you can't prove you are right, but luckily I had so I could send images of the package with the measures that I had given correctly. They sent me a bill of almost 3000 krone's more than two months after it arrived! Incredible! And the worse is that I already paid 1000 krone's extra for the douane for my own paintings, which is wrong and when I complained they didn't help me, but asked me to contact the Spanish DHL who didn't help me either. So billgpakke is not cheap at all after all.

Dårlig opplevelse så langt. Legger bestilling på siden, som tar gjerne betalt (800 kr), men registrerer ikke ordren. Sliter for å få pengene mine tilbake og stoler ikke å betale for en ny bestilling og det samme skal skje. Lovet å levere pengene umiddelbart, etter screenshot fra banken i går, men dette skjedde ikke. I dag venter igjen på nytt svar. Taper tid og penger pga deres inkompetanse.
Jeg er skikkelig skuffet over denne tjenesten. Har sendt flere forsendelser til Danmark, og ved en av forsendelsene var det problematisk for kunden min i Dk å få ut pakken. Jeg sendte flere mail til billig pakke og ba om hjelp til å få varene utlevert til min kunde, men de ville ikke hjelpe meg. Billig pakke sa de ikke kunne gjøre noe, og ba meg ringe direkte til ups som var frakt selskapet bestillt gjennom billig pakke. Det hele endte med at jeg fikk varene i retur til Norge og med en kjempe regning. Anbefaler alle å bruke ups direkte, og ikke billig pakke som mellomedd. Dårligere kundeservice har jeg aldri opplevd maken til :-/
