It was a horrible customer service. I bought an expensive pair of shoes, fully leather she said. I wore it for 15-17 minutes and it got erosion mark. I went to store to just ask why this happened. First thing she said (the owner), before I explain what has happened or what is my request, it was there’s not refund. Then I said I’m not asking for money, I like to know why this happened. Then she insisted it’s not erosion, it’s dirty. I’m like it’s not dirty, it’s eroded. Then she again took my shoes tried to clean it. And after 5 minute said put creek on it, it will disappear. I won’t buy anything from that store again. People shouldn’t buy things from this kind of only money minded businesses. Money is an incentive, but it can’t be the whole

Terrible customer experience today. Bought an expensive woolen scarf as a gift to my girlfriend but after wearing it couple of times we figured out she was allergic to wool :( all her face and neck was itching and dry skin came immediately, so we took the reciept and a scarf to bring it back to the shop. And guess what?! Reciept doesn’t matter, you have to keep the TAG!!! WHAT???? Who keeps the tag after buying things and wearing them? This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard in my life. I have returned things to some other shops in Oslo before, never a problem if you show reciept. But not in this place. Ridiculous! Don’t recommend to anyone, customer service as poor as it can be
