All the gear, running and mountaineering. Watch band broke on my Garmin and they had a replacement. Nice. Everyone was very friendly. The joint was jumping.
I was in the store for about 20min (on the 2nd floor), I counted 4 people working there, during all that time no one said hello or came to help me. They were not busy, and they looked at me a couple of times. It was so upsetting because I was looking for a complete ski gear, so I cannot understand why, if I am willing to spend thousands, no one is helping me with my doubts. Your team sucks. If I find what I bought in another store, I would surely return yours.
Can not recommend this store enough. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful.
Not sure why this shop is so popular in Oslo? Lots of nice gear but the people working there... so unhelpful. Are they forced to work in this place, being annoyed by customers is it in their job description???
When i'll have time i'll write my bad experience, now I'm on my way to return at home with this ski after back and forth for an error with the tipe of Ski bindings.
Chaotic and difficult to get help. A lot of customers waiting with no clear line. Did not seem like staff had time for everyone.
Really nice selection . Very accessible climbs in the bouldering areas. The lead areas are stunning too. Love the large and open area prior to entering the walls. There's TVs, you can have a tea or two and there's climbing stuff for sale too.
