Somehow I mostly spoke with the irish front desk gent. Service was always great and if there was a bit of mishap due to some workshop organisation, he always went the extra mile to help and make sure I left as a satisfied customer. Shop prices are ok (so far I bought parts, tires, etc.). There could be some improvement on the flow of bicycle from outside to the workshop. Or some sort of bike lock in front of the shop.

My experience is very bad ..it was last week... I needed an inspection of the electric motor and the worker told me that I needed to replace the motor for 8000nok to 10000nok. After some \consultations\ with a colleague, he offered me the same service for 5000k. I thanked him. The engine just needed a little service I did on the another place. Shimano step type engines, and they are supposedly an authorized service. Lie and mimicry.

I've been trying, since monday to find a price for a bicycle part that they have in stock. Calls after calls and then we exchanged a series of e-mails until the moment i was supposed to get the reply with the price. Silence since Tuesday and now is Thursday. Of course i tried calling in the shop or to the service. No answer!
