We started to work together with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs early to serve the Norwegian market with IT services. We follow the scheme that has proven itself over all these years - we have Norwegian managers and Ukrainian developers. The main idea behind this scheme is that Ukraine has an exceptional potential to provide high quality services to companies in Norway. There is an excellent IT-education level in Ukraine, it has an European culture and it is only 2,5 hours flight from Norway.
