DELICIOUS! Visiting Oslo for the day and stumbled upon this gem. Some of the best onion soup I've ever had. The steak tartare was also delicious. Will certainly revisit again!
Truly fantastic meal paired with superb wines.
Classical French restaurant with classical dishes, to classical prices... luckily not the most expensive ones but still a bit up the. The food is as expected , service was excellent. A bit disappointed about the duck breast being cooked sous vide, but that was the only negative. And the dessert cart... oh, heaven!
Very nice interior, heritage building, nice ambiance as well as waitress are very professional and charming. List of wine is good but not excellent. Food is abit below my expectation. Escargot was served with mushroom but it lost the freshness in execution. Rib eye supposed to be served rare but it was medium. Since the beef is less marble then it was chewy and unpleasant to bite. Give room for an improvement and i believe you will get more good tone in your food. The rest are already good and you will excel more when the is executed well.
Fantastic as always. We finaly pre-ordered the seafood platter. With great wine, bread and butter along with top tier fruits of the sea the wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves into a foodcoma. The dessert-cart brought the evening into a great finale! Our servers were attentive, funny and welcoming as always. We are looking forward to next time. Thank you for the great service and food!
Very very good service! The restaurant is perfect for events, as it has several floors where you can have a private event at. The food was great, delicious and authentic french cuisine. I would recommend you the duck and the Creme brûlée - it was like a journey to Paris!
