Went in there today to buy a bag, I kindly asked the clerk to please suggest some models and provide some recommendations. The clerk was very rude, didn't want to bring out any bags and didn't want show me any bags, didn't le me touch them and sent me home to look on the internet, make up my mind and come back later. I was prepared to spend 30'000kr today. So I went to Hermes, was offered a coffee, a seat and the nice salesman brought out many bags and accessories and so I ended up spending my money there. Stay away from LV.

I left with the stuff I went to buy but I had a weird experience with the sales person. When I asked to see something, she said \yes I can show you BUT the price is xyz\. In a store where most of their things cost over that amount, being told that on the first 2 minutes left me wondering . It wasn't pleasant and didn't expect it there. Then had a bit of a weird experie getting the right type of stuff I want to purchase and the sales person was not really easy to work with. We had a better experience in another LV store abroad.

I have a vast collection of Louis Vuitton. But this store in Oslo they make you wait for even tho you know what product you want to buy precisely and want to buy it right away. They made me wait for more than 30 mints and wasted my time. I told them that's the product I want, and I would pay right away. But it was too much for them to understand that. If you are going to visit this store, make sure you have plenty of time to waste. They will make you wait endlessly.

I was there with my friend, we were searching for a nice scarf for a dress, and we found it there. They have very good collection of beautiful soft scarves, different materials, and what is important, they have big mirrors all over the place, so man can easily check if the ting fits you. Also I want to put attention on a very polite and highly qualified staff. For Russian speakers : there works a Russian lady who can help you, if you don't speak English or Norwegian.

This place needs to have more staff working. Waiting time is VERY LONG. I am inside the store now and I have been waiting for assistance for 20 minutes already. STANDING. Waiting area is full. No drinks offered for customers waiting. Customer Service is not good. I am sure these things can be improved.
